WINGMASTERS: NORTH AMERICAN BIRDS OF PREY - for ages 5 and up
TUESDAY: June 24 - 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m.
in the LARGE MEETING ROOM
Birds of prey (raptors), such as eagles, hawks, falcons, and owls, have the best eyesight and the sharpest hearing in the animal kingdom. Join us and learn about their place at the top of the food web, their different hunting adaptations, and their status in a rapidly changing world. During the program, you will see five live birds, including one endangered raptor currently being cared for by the Wingmasters.
Free tickets available in the Cary Library Children’s Room beginning Monday, June 16 at 7:00 p.m. Telephone reservations will be accepted beginning at 7:30 p.m.
