Important Messages
Thanks for rocketing into reading this summer with Space Station Plumb and the MA sponsored summer reading programs "Starship Adventure" & "Find Out What's Out There". The program officially ended 8/12. Many thanks also to the Friends of Plumb Library, the Mass. and Rochester Cultural Councils, RMS - especially Mr. Kinsky and Mrs. Smith, Matt. Library, Bev Loves Books, and the many others who donated time, supplies, or books!!

Our mission to read was accomplished quite successfully! The Kids Jr. Readernauts read over 2300 hours, the Tweens/Teens read 1378 hours, and the Adults read 950 hours!! Many book reviews were posted online and can be viewed by selecting the program in which you are interested (Kids, Tweens/Teens, Adults) and then by clicking View All Reviews. Reading and Review Awards were distributed on 8/12, as were the gift baskets for tweens/teens and adults.

We hope you will participate in our program next year!

NEWS FLASH: Because she participated in Plumb Library's summer reading program, and thanks to the support of the Boston Bruins, Jr. Readernaut, Elise Mello, was the Southeast region's first prize winner of an Patrice Bergeron autographed Bruins jersey!!
